As a former corporate executive in leadership, learning, and organization design, I know firsthand that most coaches and consultants offer an outdated approach to development.

Universal training is useful and necessary for building skills like adopting a new software program, but...

Universal training does not develop human creativity, motivation, or agency. These need to be awakened through a structured educational process.

Once I experienced the effects of a REGENERATIVE pedagogy, I could not return to traditional generic methods.

As leaders, coaches, and HR, we were offering expert-led 360-feedback, best practices, and trainings. Sure, the competencies had evolved, but the processes had not.

But it gets worse:

We were OUTSOURCING the development of our beloved people because we had not evolved our own thinking.

So after decades of learning what works -- and what doesn't (so you don't have to!), I founded Learning2LEAD.
