Why me? Why you?
As a previous corporate executive with 30 years experience in leadership, learning, and organization design, I know firsthand that most coaches offer a generic, copy-paste, off-the-shelf approach.
Although development was the goal, it was disappointingly rare. So after decades of leading global learning and development functions, I joined the Great Resignation and founded Learning2LEAD.
Now I work with conscious-leaning leaders seeking to live and work on purpose (and successfully). They're Change Makers, Trailblazers and Practical Visionaries ready to design, redesign and evolve their products, processes and people.
Seven years ago, I had a learning experience that changed the course of my work. I met best-selling author, thought leader, and paradigm buster, Carol Sanford, and subsequently joined every learning community she offered: Change Agent Development, Regenerative Business Development, Regenerative Women Entrepreneurs, The Regenerative Educator, Regenerative Boards, and The Regenerative Business Development Community.
