The Harvard Change Pentad Methodology

We use a proprietary Developmental process based on a 13-year, multi-disciplinary study across education, management and psychology departments at Harvard with intractable cases (alcoholism, prisoners, smoking, delinquency, community government). It's been proven and replicated with a 60-year track record, e.g., at P&G, Colgate, Dupont, Google Food Lab, Seventh Generation, Babson, and Harvard. The Harvard Change Pentad was foundational in developing the AA 12 Step Program, Weight Watchers, USA Foreign Service Language Learning, and Prison Reformation Programs. P&G used this methodology in their first major change (AI Shafley, CEO) then it was copied by many others (yet they dropped out key aspects, such as Living Systems First Principles).

As a previous corporate executive with 30 years experience in leadership, learning, and organization design, I know firsthand that most coaches offer a copy-paste, off-the-shelf approach.
