Think you're on A
leadership
plateau?
Think again.
For Leaders, Change Makers and Practical Visionaries
seeking an intentional future... from existence to potential.
Meet Janet Macaluso, Ed.M., MSOD, CPC
I help Leaders, Teams and Change Makers build new practices and routines. My anti-hero methodology creates a space to ...
... break automatic, outdated habits
... design new patterns and new worlds
... eliminate energy-draining waste
... design transformational change
... diagnose challenges, conflicts, mysteries, messes
... deliver exceptional systemic results
As a previous executive of leadership, learning, and organization design functions, I've equipped thousands of global leaders to grow their leadership, businesses, and causes.
Yet I've reinvented my traditional follow-the-guru, textbook approach and replaced it with a unique technology that combines modern science and ancient wisdom.
It's a conscious-building methodology because there's no playbook or textbook to navigate constant change and flux.
I'm keenly interested in replacing the ghost of mediocrity with a thriving future for all living, social and planetary systems.
Janet's experience includes:
▫️ Masters in Education, Harvard
▫️ Master of Science, Pepperdine
▫️ Advanced Certificate in Organization Design, USC

I've invested decades learning what works
- and what doesn't - so you won't have to.
I share what I'm learning,
un-learning, and occasional invitations, free webinars, and early-bird notices.

Celebrity star JLo says her #1 beauty secret is...
A positive attitude. That's it? HA!
Not hair extensions, lotions, and potent potions? Whatever.
My #1 Wellness and Happiness secret is based on this core belief...
Life is a process of BECOMING.
And life offers an "opportunity" to develop to our Best Future Self.
Yet, as you've witnessed, not everyone accepts the offer.
Growing to our next-stage potential is process and commitment.
Here are my functional hacks that fuel my commitment to become more ...
1. Food
Intermittent Fasting: On average, I stop eating after 5pm or 6pm. Then I fast for 15-16 hours until a protein breakfast late in the morning.
Yuka App: Take a picture of the QR code from any food or cosmetic item, and it rates it instantly on hazardous substances, fiber, sugar, calories ...
2. Body
After seeing Active Walking on YouTube, I purchased the App. (Now, I do it independently as it's embedded in my muscle memory.) It does the job!
Slow-flow yoga with planks and squats twice a week. Strength-building is critical as we age.
Fidget: Brief bursts of movement are impressively beneficial. Nobody knows (until now) that my legs are in Tree Pose under my stand-up desk while Zooming. And I do a few jumping jacks on my mini-trampoline throughout the day.
3. Sleep
I take 1-2 of these magnesium capsules for deep ZZZs. More HERE
I tape my mouth to sleep through my nose!! Yup, it's weird but science-backed and works for me! Hear about it HERE
4. YouTube and Podcasts
Dr. Andrew Huberman YouTube podcast (and his "top 1%" brilliant guests)
LifeSpan with David Sinclair, a YouTube podcast
The Positive Contrarian, Carol Sanford on Substack - a podcast and articles on a Living Systems, Regenerative approach to work, learning, and life. (I listen in Spanish to keep my brain sharp.)
What's your favorite Wellness hack or habit? Sharing is caring!
