You're contemplating your leadership, life, or legacy...
You're successful in one area yet craving more in another...
You're not lonely, but feeling alone or uninspired...
Don't fight the existing reality at work.
Reveal the outdated model making the existing one obsolete.
So compellingly disruptive, you can't un-see it!

Living Systems Leadership is based on this premise:
"We can't make the outer transformations we seek without making inner transformations
in our thinking, doing, and being."

Meet Janet Macaluso, Ed.M., MSOD, CPC
I help Leaders, Teams and Change Makers build new practices and routines. My anti-hero methodology creates a space to ...
... break automatic, outdated habits
... design new patterns and new worlds
... eliminate energy-draining waste
... design transformational change
... diagnose challenges, conflicts, mysteries, messes
... deliver exceptional systemic results
As a previous executive of leadership, learning, and organization design functions, I've equipped thousands of global leaders to grow their leadership, businesses, and causes.
Yet I've reinvented my traditional follow-the-guru, textbook approach and replaced it with a unique technology that combines modern science and ancient wisdom.
It's a conscious-building methodology because there's no playbook or textbook to navigate constant change and flux.
I'm keenly interested in replacing the ghost of mediocrity with a thriving future for all living, social and planetary systems.

Remember the basketball legend, Kobe Bryant? Sure you do.
But did you know he was a a master of the inner game on and off the court?
While coaching youth basketball, Kobe once asked a parent to stop cheering, "Dig deep. You can do it! Way to go!"
He then explained...
"Don't say anything when she's doing those line drills. Because there's a conversation inside her head, she's talking to herself, pumping herself up to do it. So for an outside voice to guide her and push her to keep going actually interrupts her process. Let her be. Let her figure it out herself."
Kobe knew self-mastery is not about an external hero rescuing us in challenging times.
(BTW, that savior might be a person, a substance, or an activity.)
Rising to our next level is an inner game of development.
And as living systems, we're in a perpetual state of becoming.
The question is, are you deliberately becoming the master of your inner game, just like Kobe would?

What’s Worse? Scary Movie 3 Or “We Have To Talk”?
Does “We Have to Talk” trigger an inner primal scream? Perhaps you’ve heard these ominous 4-words from...

Garage Mechanic: “It’s the transmission”

Silence Your Perfectionista
Did you get all that? If English is your native language, most likely you understood it, errors and all. Spelling mistakes did not materially impact the outcome.
