As a previous executive of leadership, learning, and organization design functions, I've equipped thousands of global leaders to grow their leadership, businesses, and causes.
Yet I've reinvented my traditional follow-the-guru, textbook approach and replaced it with a unique technology that combines modern science and ancient wisdom.
It's a conscious-building methodology because there's no playbook or textbook to navigate constant change and flux.
I'm keenly interested in replacing the ghost of mediocrity with a thriving future for all living, social and planetary systems.

Uplevel your communications
- even those undiscussables
you'd rather avoid
Hi, I have a question for you.
First, consider what you're avoiding...
Have you got it?
Now read below and reflect on what it means for you and your context…
"When you're drowning, dive."
Apparently, that's how to avoid death from a riptide current.
Swimming deeper to escape is counter intuitive.
Our instinct is to fight the current and swim directly back to shore.
Yet that's the most dangerous thing to do.
When pulled out to sea, don't swim against it, you’ll exhaust yourself.
Riptides occur in shallow water, where we bathe.
So diving just a yard/meter below it, we escape.
Now, when you consider what you're avoiding, HIthe heaviness of loss, disappointment, fear of failure or unknown...
What does "When you're drowning, dive" mean to you?
Dive inside and find YOUR answer.
If you’re anxious, you’re vibrantly alive.
With freedom, comes accountability.
Once you're beyond the strong current, you'll easily swim out of it.
It won't carry you far—just enough to get smacked by the next big wave coming in.
